Pelipper Mini-Animation

An animated loop of Pelipper from Pokemon... recently, I stumbled across a picture of Pelipper in my sketch book and as it turns out I originally drew it for TheCherryKing. So, I decided it'd be a great idea to try animating it! The result is before you, it's wings, mouth, eyes and feet all have movement... Enjoy!
